Database of WRC team cards - poll

For a long time I have one idea in my head. I would like to create a database of cards of official teams participating in the WRC since 1977 to the present here in the forum.
I would like to know your opinion on this idea and also if you want to help me.

I am thinking about the structure of database and I have two versions:
1) sorting by manufacturers (teams) and in the subforums seasons
2) sorting by seasons and in the subforums manufacturers (teams)
