1) Jméno týmu případně jezdce
2) Odkaz na web a mailovou adresu
3) Datum poslání žádosti (pokud si pamatujete ) a také dobu, za jak dlouho karty dorazily
4) Počet a druh karet

Your contribute could contains:
1) Name of the team and the driver
2) Link to the website and mail address
3) Date of sending request (when you remember it ) also date, when the card(s) arrived
4) Number and type of cards
